Mrs. Catrina Marie Charles Anderson Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Opelousas Greater First Apostolic Church, for Mrs. Catrina Marie Charles Anderson, 36, who entered eternal rest, Saturday, February 16, 2019 in Lafayette, LA. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Park. Rev.

David W. Charles, Sr. will officiate at the service. Mrs. Anderson is survived by her parents, Rev. David W. Charles, Sr. (Anna) of Ville Platte, LA and Hilda Marie Edwards (Arthur) of New Roads, LA; her spouse, Ricky Anderson; a son, Dantony Anderson; a daughter, Rachel Anderson; five brothers, Johnathan Charles of Ville Platte, LA, David W. Charles, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Ville Platte, LA, Frederick Augustine (Coretta) of Lafayette, LA, Joshua Charles (Suella) of Ville Platte, LA and Thaddaeus Augustine (Patris) of Ville Platte, LA; three sisters, April Malveaux (Albert) of Opelousas, LA, Marilyn Charles of Ville Platte, LA and Abigail Fruge (Michael) of Ville Platte, LA; one grandchild and a host of extended family members and friends.

Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by her sister, Vivian Ann Malveaux; a brother, Moses Charles; four grandmothers, Vivian West, Mary B. Leblanc, Mary Albert and Rose R. Chatman; grandfather, Johnny West, Sr.; great grandmother, Gladys Grice; six uncles, Charles Albert, Sr. Wilford Albert, Phillip Albert, Sr., Ervin Albert, Michael Chatman and James Terry Chatman; three sons, Davy Anderson, Ricky Dantony Anderson, Jr. and Dwayne Dominque Cortez Anderson; two daughters, Rick’jai Monea Anderson and Victoria Rick’jai Anderson.
