Cecil S. Kingrey, 86, of Sherwood passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2019. He was born January 15, 1933 in Manning, Arkansas to Ralph and Fannie Lou Kingrey. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in North Little Rock and served his country in the United States Army and National Guard.

Cecil was a U.S.P.S. mail carrier for thirty-one years. He loved people.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting (especially alligators), camping and square dancing. Cecil is survived by his wife, Shirley June Kingrey; children, Piki Widener, Ann Patterson, Brian Childress, and Mike Kingrey (Janice); ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; sister, Helen Sebren (Sam) and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings.

Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 5025 Lynch Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72117. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 25, 2019 at Smith – North Little Rock Funeral Home with a visitation prior to service at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Rest Hills Memorial Park.
