Chandani Bhakta Algeo, 30, of Decatur, Georgia, passed away Saturday, July 14th, 2018, in a car accident. She was born in Leicester, England on August 17th, 1987, to Harish Bhakta and Shobhna Bhakta (Patel). Chandani graduated from the University of Florida with a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a focus on special needs children.

Chandani enjoyed raising her children, crafting, calligraphy, cooking, exercising, reading, organizing, traveling, and running. She loved her antique craftsman house and spent many years creating a comforting, warm home for all that shared it with her.

Her beautiful life will be cherished forever by her husband, young children Avni Karina & Ayan Krish, parents, “parents-in-love” Mark & Chris Algeo, sisters Paayal Bhakta (Joe Delmond) & Arti Bhakta (Kyle Hammonds), sisters-in-law Katie (Jason) Holeman, Maura (Greg) Naruta, Megan (Alex) Callihan, and numerous nieces & nephews, aunts & uncles, and cousins – all of whom will miss her beauty, radiance, and thoughtfulness. “Chandani’s passion was teaching children to read.
