Barbara Kotal Alexander, age 85, died peacefully at her home on September 4th, 2018. Born in Lithonia, Georgia on December 2, 1932 to the late Joseph and Lonie Kotal, she was a lifelong resident of Dekalb County. She was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Lowell Alexander as well as eight siblings.

Barbara is survived by Lowell Alexander Jr., wife Elaine and grandson Lowell III of Murfressboro, TN. and David Alexander, wife Candace, and grandchildren Anna and Will of Suwanee, GA. Other survivors include sister, Jo Ann Sayer (John) of Ft.

Collins, CO. and numerous nieces and nephews.
