OBITUARY Charles Everette Lewis December 31, 1923 – October 7, 2018 Charles E. Lewis, 94 of Louisville, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018. He was a proud Army Veteran and member of VFW Post 5710 in Shepherdsville. Charles was also a member of the DAV, American Ex-Prisoners of War, The American Legion, and Masonic Lodge #109 in Americus, Kansas.

He is survived by his son Larry Lewis (Melanie), daughter Paula Kay, one granddaughter, & two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 10, 2018 from 3-7pm at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY. A service to celebrate Charles’s life will be held Thursday, October, 11, 2018 at 12 noon at the Davidson Memorial United Methodist Church, 265 S. Buckman St., Shepherdsville, KY.

Burial will follow Saturday, October 13, 2018 2pm at Bushong Cemetery in Bushong, Kansas.
