Obituary for Ralph Vernon Younker Ralph Younker, of Louisville, KY, passed away October 6th at Symphony of Oaklawn surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Detroit, MI on August 22, 1945 to the late Jimmy and Eleanor Younker. He graduated from University of KY with a degree in Economics and an MBA from Bellarmine University.

He spent his career in accounting/finance and was controller for Taylor Enterprises when he retired in 2010. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jimmy Younker and Eleanor (Winquest) Younker. He is survived by his wife Mary, daughter, Jennifer Cole (Matthew) and son, Brian Younker, two granddaughters Evelyn and Margaret Cole, two sisters Judy Bufford and Zelta Counts, many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, October 10th at 10am at Epiphany Catholic Church located at 914 Old Harrods Creek Road, 40223, where he was a longtime member. Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 9th from 4–8pm at Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home, 12900 Shelbyville Road, East Louisville, 40243. Expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers may be made to the Alzheimers Association or Hosparus of Louisville.
