Obituary for Charles “Sam” Coater Coater, Charles “Sam”, 63, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2018 with his son by his side. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Ruby Coater and his brothers Jim Jr. and Gary Coater. He is survived by his son, Zack Coater; his siblings, Tim, Paul, Connie Coater and Betty Sharpe; granddaughters Aisley and Skylee.
