OBITUARY Thelma Johnson Conn September 20, 1925 – October 1, 2018 Conn, Thelma Mae Johnson, 93, passed away on October 1, 2018. Thelma was a member of the Auxiliary at Baptist Health of Louisville since its inception 42 years ago. She was also a long-time member of Lyndon Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Marvin Conn; children, Tom Conn (Julianne) and Linda Conn Grady (Tim); grandchildren, Lindsey Dotzlaf (Nate) and Anna Conn; great-grandchildren, Charlotte and Harper Dotzlaf. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 4, from 5 to 8 PM at the Arch L. Heady at Westport Village Funeral Home, 7410 Westport Road. A service to celebrate Thelma’s life will be held at 10 AM on Friday at Lyndon Baptist Church, 8025 New LaGrange Road.

Burial will immediately follow at Grove Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville. In lieu of customary expressions memorial donations can be made to the Baptist Health Louisville Auxiliary, 4000 Kresge Way.
