Charles Lincoln Allen II, 70, of Calhoun died Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at his home. He was born on March 28, 1949 in Canton, OH; son of the late Rev. Charles Allen and Hazel Allen.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Jeremy Allen, in November of 1993. He retired from Dow Chemical. Charles loved riding motorcycles, playing golf, and creating family videos.

He was philosophical, spiritual, and loved people. Charles enjoyed the good life. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Linda Allen; a son and daughter-in-law, Todd and Kari Allen; grandchildren, Mallori and Shay Champion; a great grandchild, Josie LeAnne Champion; Rozemma Allen and family in Kansas and Norman Allen and family in Florida; and best friends, Phillip and Glenda Gee.

The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home on Friday, May 24th from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. A graveside service will be conducted on Friday, May 24th at 10:30 a.m. at Gordon Memorial Gardens. Chaplain Keith Davis will officiate. Pallbearers serving are Danny Hales, Shay Champion, D.J. Hales, and Gary Jones.

Honorary pallbearer serving is Phillip Gee. Friends may sign the online guest register at www. maxbrannonandsons.com.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home of Calhoun.
