Obituary for Charles Moore Charles Glen Moore, 68 of Tulsa, Oklahoma died peacefully surrounded by his family, April 10, 2018. Glen enjoyed smoking from an early age and battled the effects of that pleasure for the last several years. He was born May 27, 1949 in Cleburne, Texas to John Cannon Moore and Mae Pearl Jones of Hillsboro, Texas.

He married Penny Lochmandy of Colorado Springs, September 19, 1980. She was the love of his life for 37 years. He is survived by his wife Penny Moore, sister Mary Byrd of Whitney, Texas, children, Rebecca Moore, James Moore, Billy Joe Moore, Amanda Sue Brown and husband Michael Brown, Constance Latosha Marie Lewis, ten grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Glen worked hard all of his life, loved his family, was a talented artist, and knew a lot about many topics. He enjoyed sharing that knowledge with anyone who would listen. The family would like to thank all of the nurses, physicians and Chaplains at Hillcrest Medical Center for their compassionate care, and for all the calls, cards and visits from caring friends and neighbors.
