Charles “Sparky” Sparks, age 87 of Massillon, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2018. He was born January 26, 1931, son of the late Lloyd and Lennie (Tuning) Sparks. He was a veteran of the Air Force serving during the Korean Conflict.

Sparky was self employed and owned and operated S & S Upholstering. He was a member of the Massillon Museum, Amvets 12, Sons and Daughters of Herman, and American Legion Post #221. Sparky is survived by his wife of 64 years, Janice (Maybaugh) Sparks, granddaughter Jennifer Sparks, four great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and cousin Robert Samples.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Roger Sparks and daughter Jacci Lunsford. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no services and cremation will take place. Condolences to the family may be made here at this site.
