8, 1946, in Cleveland. He was the beloved husband of Leslie, (nee Mehling), and the late Elizabeth (nee Torrence); loving father of Lisa Maderka (Raymond), and Gina Mormino; devoted grandfather of Joseph and Elizabeth Maderka; dearest son of the late Frank and June (nee Cormier); dearest brother of Kathleen Cistone (Joseph), and Frank (Eileen); and son-in-law of Mary Jane Mehling and the late Wilfred Mehling. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Chuck at 11 a.m. Saturday at Cornerstone Community Church, 1400 Lander Rd.

, Mayfield Hts. , OH 44124. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Cornerstone Community Church.
