Charlie Justice Jenkins March 23, 1950 – February 01, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Charlie Justice Jenkins, 68, of Rockingham, passed away Friday, February 1, 2019 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. Charlie was born March 23, 1950 in Moore County, a son of the late Raymond and Hester Hamm Jenkins. He was a farmer and loved hunting, golf and most anything outdoors.

Charlie was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Lewis and David Jenkins. Surviving are his wife of 49 years, Sallie Johnson Jenkins; children, James Raymond “Jake” Jenkins and Charlie Justice Jenkins, II (April); grandchildren, Dalton, Gracie, Kendall, Alley, William, Zach, Cammie, Charley Annabelle and Emmalyn; brothers, Andy Jenkins and George Jenkins and sisters, Virginia Fuller and Mary Jo Beck.

A service to celebrate his life will be held Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham The family will see friends following the service and at other times at the home.
