Obituary for Charlotte Swan Charlotte L. Swan, 74, of Gettysburg, PA passed away on July 8, 2018 at her home. She was born in Boring, MD on February 1, 1944 to the late Edward F. Swan, Sr. and Viola L. (nee Cowan) Swan. Charlotte is survived by her daughter Cindy Racine of Gettysburg, PA; son Joseph Racine and his wife Tammy of Biglerville, PA; son Jeffrey Racine and his wife Melissa of New Oxford, PA; son Brian Racine and wife Jennifer of Hanover, PA; son Jerry Frey of Hanover, PA; brother Edward Swan, Jr. of Gettysburg, PA; brother Gordon Swan and his wife Carolyn of West Virginia; brother Howard Swan and Phil Ratay of Phoenix, AZ; brother Gary Swan of Reisterstown, MD; 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Also survived by several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister Sharon Hopkins and grandson George Hollis Racine. Family will receive friends at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 3-5 & 7-9pm.

Service will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018, 11am at the funeral home. Interment in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Incomplete at this time.
