Charlotte was born on November 16, 1935 in Charleston, SC daughter of the late Thomas and Cynthia Nolen. She was a graduate from Bishop England High School. Charlotte enjoyed gardening, sewing and cooking.

Survivors including her someone very special William “Bill” G White are; one son: Beau Rourk; one daughter: Diana Galinis; one grandson: Jared Galinis; one granddaughter: Laura Galinis; Sisters: Mary Duc, Ruth Close, Rita Haldeman, Francis Nolen, Fay Clippard, Cynthia Nolen, and Antoinette Nolen; brother: Edward Nolen; and very special friends: Tom and Judy Tindall.
