Obituary for Chelsi Blair (Smith) Chelsi Smith Blair, 45, of Lewistown, passed away on Saturday September 8, 2018 at Locust Grove Nursing Home, Mifflin. Born August 8, 1973, in Redwood City, California, she was the daughter of Craig Smith and Mary Denise Trimble, in addition to her parents, she is survived by her aunts, Stacie Dubendorf and Paulette Trimble, and cousin Caitlin Dubendorf. In 1995, Chelsi was Miss Texas, Miss U.S.A, and miss Universe.

She also enjoyed mentoring young girls, and judging pageants. All services will be private. Arrangements are under the care of the Barr Funeral Home Inc. and Crematory, 120 Logan Street, Lewistown.
