Cheryl’s Obituary Cheryl Hart Pierre, a resident of Loranger, passed away on Monday, February 11, 2019 at Hammond Nursing Home in Hammond. She was born July 10, 1947 in Independence and was 71 years of age. She is survived by 2 daughters, Michelle Carrier and husband, Ronnie, and Kris Pierre; grandchildren, Jordan Carrier and fiance’, MaKayla Norred; great-grandson, Ruston Carrier; sisters, Patti Tyler and husband, Tim, Fay Raborn and husband, Bobby, Jo Ann Karst and husband, Dr. Charles Karst, and Carol Hart; brother, Herbert Hart; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her husband, Andrew H. Pierre; parents, Herbert and Roma Hart; grandson, Joshua Carrier; brothers, Michael Hyde and Franklin Hart. Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 11:00AM until religious services at 2:00PM Friday, February 15, 2019. Interment Hyde Cemetery, Chesbrough.
