Mr. Christopher Dwayne Oxendine 16, of 712 Brookfield Drive Pembroke, NC went home to be with Jesus Friday June 2, 2018. Christopher is preceded in death by his grandparents, Roosevelt and Genora Locklear; great-grandparents, Earbell Oxendine and John Chavis; three uncles, Doyle Raymond, Michael and Ronald Dean Locklear; two aunts, Regina and Marilyn Locklear. Christopher leaves to cherish his wonderful memories, his parents, Maxine and Christopher Douglas Hunt of the home, Ashely Oxendine and Kresa Cummings of Rowland, NC; grandparents, Buddy and Rita Oxendine of Rowland, NC; five sisters, Audriana Chenora Scott (Jerid) of Rowland, NC, Kinely and Ashlon Chavis of Pembroke, NC, SaKiya Hunt of the home and Jerzie Oxendine of Arlington, VA; two special brothers, Patrick Chavez Clark of Pembroke, NC and Jerrett Lee Jones of Rowland, NC; a nephew, Raylan Dean Chavis and niece, Mia Jansley Scott both of Rowland, NC; a special uncle, Carlie Edmond Locklear “Bo”; and a host of relatives and friends.
