Christopher’s Obituary Christopher Mack Robins, 42 of Double Springs passed away on January 10, 2019 in Birmingham surrounded by his family. Christopher was born on October 8, 1976 in Haleyville. Chris was a member at Union Grove Baptist Church for 17 years where he served as a Deacon for 11 years and a Sunday School teacher for 7 years.

He graduated Winston County High School in 1996 and went on to become a logger with his dad and uncles. Chris loved playing with and coaching his children in softball and baseball. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 13, 2019 from 6-9pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 2:00pm at Union Grove Baptist Church, where he will lie in state from 1:00pm-2:00pm. Brother Keith Hood, Brother Ronnie Melvin and Brother Ricky Robins will officiate. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
