Christy was born on May 19, 1980 and is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Edna Mae (Hardy) Lanham. She is survived by her daughter Faith Ann Thorpe of Upperville, VA; Porter (the dog); mother Shirley Pritchett; Step-father Eddie Pritchett of Boyce, VA; brother James Grove of Stephens City, VA; maternal grandfather Cecil Lanham, Sr. of Upperville, VA; aunt Barbara Copenhaver of Martinsburg, WV; four uncles Billy Lanham of Kearneysville, WV, Charles Lanham of Hillsboro, VA, Robert Lanham of Winchester, VA; Allen Lanham of Stephens City, VA; two nephews and numerous cousins.

Christy has owned her own detailing business in Upperville, VA for three years. She also worked for Upperville Auto and Deli for nineteen years. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2019 from 6-8 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home, Purcellville, VA.

Services will be held on Friday, March 8, 2019, 11:00 a.m. at Hall Funeral Home, Purcellville, VA. Burial will follow in the Ebenezer Cemetery.
