Cindy Lou (Tibbetts) Bebeau, age 59, of Deer River, Minnesota began her journey to the spirit world on Thursday, February 21, 2019 from St. Mary’s Medical Center in Duluth, MN. She was born on March 20, 1959 in Glendale, CA, the daughter of June (Donnell) and Franklin Tibbetts, Sr. Family that Cindy is reunited with are her parents; June and Franklin Tibbetts, Sr., brothers; Brian and Franklin Jr., sister; Diane and many more family members. Cindy leaves behind her husband; Greg Bebeau of Deer River, children; Marcus and Christina Crandall both of Minneapolis and Angela Crandall of Deer River, brothers; Michael (Lindsy Wilson) Tibbetts, Sr. and Richard (Patricia) Wilson, Sr., sisters; Brenda (Freddy) Tibbetts and Crystal (Mark) Tibbetts, three grandsons, one granddaughter and numerous relatives and friends.

An overnight wake for Cindy will begin at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, February 23rd and continue until her 10:00 a.m. traditional services all to be held at the Ball Club Community Center in Ball Club, MN. Waa-maajaa’iwed is Steve Jackson. Helping to lay Cindy to rest are Waylon Wilson, Marlon Wilson, Michael Tibbetts, Jr., Nicholas Tibbetts, James Tibbetts and Evan Tibbetts.

Her honorary pallbearers are her grandsons Christopher and Alejandro. Interment will be in the Fairbanks Cemetery at Winnie Dam, MN following her Sunday service. Cindy’s care has been entrusted to Northern Peace Funeral Home of Walker.
