Clayton is survived by children: Clayton Joe “CJ” Boggess, Isaiah Alan Hodgkin, Aliana Jade Hodgkin; fiance Katie Rennier; mother and step-father: Roxann and Eric Swan; sibling Miah Akston.

He was preceded in death by a brother Jonathan Hodgkin. The family will be holding private services. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
