Scheifele, age 97, of Voorhees, NJ, formerly of Holiday City in Williamstown, NJ and Delran, NJ, passed away on February 28, 2019. Mr. Scheifele was a 2d Lt. in the US Air Force where he was a World War II Veteran and a C-47 Paratroop Airplane Pilot.

He received an ETO Ribbon 3 Stars and an Air Medal. He later worked for L.P. Canuso, Inc. in Deptford. Along with his wife, he also owned and operated Suburban Sales Associates.

Mr. Scheifele was a member of the Veterans Association of Holiday City in Williamstown. Beloved husband of Ellen A. Scheifele (nee Heinz). Devoted father of Clifford Scheifele, Jr. (Linda), Susan Gardner (Richard), Kurt Scheifele (Michele), and Fred Scheifele (Donna).

Loving grandfather of Aimee, Jeremy, Randall, Erika, Kurt, Emily and Molly and great grandfather of 5. He was predeceased by his siblings and their spouses Gladys Barnard (Harold), Dorothea Fetzko (Robert) and Marie Williams (Harry). Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Friday, March 8th from 9:00 – 10:00 AM at St. Mary’s Church/Our Lady of Peace Parish, S. Main St. & Carroll Ave.

, Williamstown. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM. Inurnment will follow in the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, 3725 Alexandria Pike, Cold Springs, KY 41076.
