Obituary for Clyde Harvey Rowland Clyde Harvey Rowland left this world on April 18, 2018. He was born July 7th, 1946 in Moscow, Idaho and followed his family around until they settled in Butte in 1956. He graduated from Butte High and then attended college at Montana State University where he earned his BS in Chemical Engineering in 1968.

In 1971 he graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a MD in Chemical Engineering. He worked in California, South Carolina, and Texas before returning home to Butte. He loved his family, his cat, reading, and playing bridge- mostly in that order.

He was a member of the American Contract Bridge Club, Butte Unit 406 and Copper City Bridge Club. He is survived by his siblings, Jean and Dan Matteucci, Ginny and Greg Mohl and Patty Briggs and their children. He will be missed.
