Connie’s Obituary Connie “Miss Connie” H. Moore, 81 passed away Wednesday January 9 , 2019 at 7:09 PM. She was a native of Houston, Texas and resident of Houma. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM Monday January 14, 2019 in the Chapel Dauphine of Chauvin Funeral Home.

Interment in Garden of Memories Cemetery, Gray,LA. Miss Connie is survived by her daughters Cheryl Moore Falgout and fiance’ Bryan Dagenhardt of Houma and Claudia Moore Cunningham and husband Dwayne of Houma. Brother: James Hales.

Grandchildren: Christian Parker and wife Tonya and Andrew Cunningham and wife Monique. Great Grandchildren: Layni and Sophie Parker and Lily and Drake Cunningham. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 32 years Bobby Lee Moore.

Parents: Claude C. and Cassie Grissam Hales. Son: Bradley Lee Moore. Brother: Claude Hales Jr. Sisters: Doris Pounder and Wilda “Woody” Moore Miss Connie was the Human Res Director of the South East Louisiana Girl Scout Council for many years and was most happy when in the presence of family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society. Chauvin Funeral Home is honored to serve the Moore family.
