Coy Louis Maxberry, 81, of Owensboro, Kentucky, died Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Redbanks Nursing Home in Henderson. He was born on January 19, 1937 in Muhlenburg County to the late Samuel and Julie Maxbery. Coy retired from Mattingly’s Automotive, was a United States Army veteran, and enjoyed camping and fishing.

Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Betty Maxberry; two sons, Barry Keith Maxberry of Owenbsoro, Elmer Glen Watts (JoAnn) of Owensboro; a daughter, Pamela Sue Renshaw of Owensboro; 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be Noon on Wednesday at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Tim Hall officiating.

Burial will follow in Bells Run Cemetery in Ohio County. Visitation is from 2:00-8:00 on Tuesday and after 10:00 on Wednesday at the funeral home.
