Crystal Borchardt, age 55, a resident of Eagle River, WI passed away Monday November 26th, 2018 at her home. Crystal was born December 6th, 1962 to Edward and Marie Meacham. She worked as a CNA for many years.

Crystal was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Laura Carter. She is survived by: her husband Mark; daughter Nina Meacham; sons: Troy and Chad Meacham; sisters Jayne Parker and Amy Meacham; brother Edward “Rusty” Meacham; and 5 grandchildren.
