Crystal L. Suttles, 58 of Zanesville, passed away November 18, 2018 at Genesis Hospice. She was born April 8, 1960 in Zanesville, daughter of the late Lawrence Starcher and Juanita Baker Starcher. She worked as a daycare provider and most recently at RHDD.

Crystal was a member of Kingdom Hall Jehovah Witnesses. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Suttles; sons, Scott (Michelle) Newell, Troy (Krissty) Suttles; daughters, Allissa (Shawn) Suttles, Tessa Newell; brothers, David Starcher, Larry Starcher, Joe (Carolyn) Starcher; sisters, Carrie (Steve) Frame, Angela (David) Hatcher; twenty-three grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
