Survivors include hie wife Debra (Burton) Falacienski, children Michelle Amick, Kelly Billings and Johnny Falacienski, 13 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and siblings Sandy Loomis, Kathy Schillo, Margo Telfort, Brenda Kocisko and ALoretta Romito. Calling hours will be from 4 PM until time of service at 5 PM Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel. Pastor Robert York will officiate.

Cremation will follow the service.
