Tom Elsasser will officiate. Mrs. Jacobs passed away Sunday, Oct. 28, 2018, at Wickliffe County Place.
Born Feb. 4, 1953, in Cleveland, she had been a resident of Lake County for 53 years. She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Mentor and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, reading and watching birds.
Cynthia was the dear sister of Katherine L. (Regis) Reeping, Alyce L. Cajka, and Carolyn S. Cajka; aunt of Matthew (Darcie), Susan (James), Elizabeth (Michael), Allison (Kevin), Bryan (Melisa), Eric (Ivonne), Allan, Nicole Jacobs, and Renee (Brian) Fedore; and a great-aunt. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Raymond P. Jacobs Feb. 10, 2018; and parents, Alfred and Katherine (nee Mandabach) Cajka.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center St. (Route 615, north of Route 2), Mentor. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township. To leave condolences for the family, order flowers or light a memorial candle, visit www.
