Cynthia Starr (Maus) Neidhardt, 63, of Westminster, died Thursday, December 6, 2018 at her residence. Born May 5, 1955 in Westminster, she was the daughter of the late Ruth S. (Little) Maus and Charles H. Maus. She is survived by her beloved husband of 8 years, William S. “Bill” Neidhardt.

She worked 30 years as a pharmacy tech for Carroll Hospital Center. She also worked locally at Rexall’s and Rite-Aid. Besides her husband she is survived by children Ericka S. Padilla of Manchester; and step-children Erika L. Dassing and husband Greg of Hanover, MD; Mark B. Neidhardt and wife Jessica of Halethorpe; Andrew M. Neidhardt of Baltimore and Stephanie J. Neidhardt of Jessup; brother Lee Maus and wife Sandi of Wilmington, DE; sister Jessie Morgret and husband Larry of Inverness, FL; grandchildren Nikol, Mason, Olivia, Lincoln and Carson.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 9, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster. Celebration of Life Services will begin at 6 p.m. with Susan Donham officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society at www.
