Dale’s Obituary “The eternal God is your refuge, and his everlasting arms are under you…” Deuteronomy 33:27 Memorial Services will be held honoring the life of Dale Fontenot at Crossroads Church, 150 Verona Drive Lafayette, Louisiana on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 from 10 AM to 2 PM, with a Church Service from 10 am to 10:30 am Dale Fontenot was born on August 21, 1940 to the Late Dallas Fontenot and Thelma Veroni of Eunice Louisiana. He was a faithful member of Crossroads Church in Lafayette Louisiana. Dale loved woodworking, cooking, and being around friends.

He loved to help others and was an extremely generous man. Dale served four years in the United States Navy and a 40+ year career to the Airlines in which the majority was spent at Lafayette Regional Airport. Dale was a dedicated Father and a great friend to anyone he met.

Dale left this life to join his Father in Heaven on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at his home in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. He leaves behind a son Dana Paul (Donnell) Fontenot; a daughter Angela Fontenot (Gerald) Courville, and grandsons Jonathan and Casey Stallcup; two sisters Tressie Deville and Dolores Verret. Dale was preceded in death by his father Dallas Fontenot, mother Thelma Veroni and his brother Gary Fontenot.

Dale will always be cherished in our memories and may he spend an eternity in the Glory of our one true King Jesus Christ.
