Dale Frost, age 72, of Dublin, passed away on February 3, 2019. Services for Mr. Frost will be held Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Marie Baptist Church beginning at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow immediately after the service in Marie Baptist Church Cemetery.

Rev. Bobby Hutto will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday night from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.

Mr. Frost was a member of Marie Baptist Church. He served proudly for 44 years with the 48th Brigade of the Georgia National Guard and was the oldest Chief Warrant Officer at the time of his retirement. Mr. Frost was also an active member of the Dublin Civitan Club.

Mr. Frost was preceded in death by his parents; Hillery Frost and Ellen Graham Black Frost. He was also preceded by his siblings; Rev. James Frost, Bennie Frost and Lily Warnock.

He is survived by his wife; Patricia “Patty” Frost of Dublin, daughter; April (Brian) King of Dacula, son; Al (Sherri) Lee of Kathleen, daughter; Hillary (Matt) Dunn of Richmond Hill, grandchildren; Ashley King, Harris King, Amelia King, Lauren Lee, Parker Lee, Kylie Dunn, Kiptyn Dunn, Kayla Dalton, Kamile Dalton; brother in law Rev. Earl Warnock; special nephew, Gary Frost, and several other nieces and nephews. Herman Stewart, Vickie Thigpen, Mike Brooks, Clint Perkins, Terry McDaniel, Terry Autry, Terry Devaney and James Hudson will serve as active pallbearers.

Honorary Pallbearers will include all active and former members of the Georgia National Guard 48th Brigade and members of the Dublin Civitan Club. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to the Dublin Civitan Club scholarship fund in memory of Dale Frost; P.O. Box 635 Dublin, GA 31040.
