Dallas Wayne Blevins January 21, 1939 – March 24, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook Dallas Wayne Blevins, 80, Elizabethton, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2019 at the Dominion Senior Living, Johnson City. A native of Carter County, he was a son of the late John L. Blevins, Sr. & Martha Byers Blevins. He was a self-employed Auto Body Works.

He had formerly attended Harmony Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: John L. Blevins, Jr and Earnest Blevins. Survivors include two children: Darrell Blevins, Elizabethton and Debbie Sharp, Kingsport.

One Grandson: Tyler Sharp, Telford. A brother & sister-in-law: Lewis & Virginia Blevins, Elizabethton. Graveside Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, March 29, 2019 in Happy Valley Memorial Park with Pastor Phil Reed officiating.

Burial will follow. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 10:20 a.m. Friday to go to the cemetery.
