Pamela Yonne Richardson Small November 26, 1959 – March 09, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook Pamela Yvonne Richardson Small, 59, Elizabethton, passed away Saturday March 9, 2019 in The Health Center at Standifer Place, Chattanooga, Tenn. A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Frank Phillip Richardson. She was a landscaper at Summers-Taylor Inc

She was of the Baptist Faith. She loved the great outdoors and spending time with grandchildren. Survivors include her children: Phillip Ray Greenwell of Florida and Tyler James Small & wife Katrina Elizabeth, Havelock, North Carolina.

Five Grandchildren: Harley Ray Greenwell, Natalie Mae Walter, Tucker James Small, Kyleigh Elizabeth Small and Spirit. Her Mother: Daisey Yvonne Taylor Richardson, Elizabethton. Her brother: Randy Ray Richardson, her sister: Dreama Lee Richardson.

A Nephew: Cody LaVaughn Shaw. Her Aunt: Mary Katerine Wilson, Maryville, Tenn. Funeral Services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Dr. James Richardson officiating.

Graveside Service and Interment will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 13, 2019 in the Richardson Cemetery (Stoney Creek) with the Rev. Willie Campbell officiating. Music will be provided by the Minton Family.

Active Pallbearers who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 10 a.m. Wednesday will be: T.J. Small, Austin Fair, Eddie Woods, Danny Minton, Jimmy Minton and Willie Campbell. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 10 a.m. Wednesday to go to the cemetery.
