Obituary for Dalton Shumsky Dalton Steven Shumsky, 26, of Hudson, NH, died Wednesday, November 21, 2018, after a long and difficult battle with addiction. He was born May 11, 1992 in Nashua, son of Steven and Pamela (Wilson) Shumsky of Hudson. Dalton was the husband of Shannon Lee (Summit) Shumsky of Hudson, with who he shared five loving years together.

Dalton was co-owner of Steve Shumsky Unlimited Doors, where he worked side by side with his father for many years. He loved his Harley Davidson motorcycle, camping, fishing, collecting guns, kayaking, and especially riding dirt bikes with his cousin Nicholas Campbell and friends. He enjoyed taking trips with his family and friends, including North Conway, NH.

He was a respectful and gentle bear that will be missed by all who knew him. Besides his loving wife and beloved parents, survivors include three sons, Colton S. Shumsky, Jaxon M. Shumsky, and Carson D. Shumsky, his maternal grandparents, Donald and Marilyn Wilson of Hudson, a sister in law, Crystal Krak of Virginia, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and two nieces. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Sigismond and Dorothy Shumsky.

A celebration of Dalton’s life will be celebrated on Saturday December 8th from 1pm – 4pm in the White Birch Catering Hall, 222 Central St., in Hudson.
