Daniel S. Palombizio, 68, of Steubenivlle died Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Valley Hospice. He was born October 19, 1949 in Steubenville. He is the son of the late Frank and Julie Griffo Palombizio.

Daniel was employed at Capri Sausage. He was a graduate of Steubenville Catholic Central High School, class of 1968. Daniel was a member of the Polish Athletic Club and the American Legion.

Daniel proudly served his country in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. Surviving are one sister, Rose Lynn (Michael) Pieniazek of Las Vegas, NV; one nephew, Michael and one niece Ashley. Funeral liturgy with Mass will be held Wednesday, October 17, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church at 11:30 a.m., Fr.

Tom Nau will celebrate. Entombment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
