A native of Sevier County, Danny loved animals, hats, country life, Little Debbie cakes, his family, and NASCAR. In fact, he was anxiously awaiting the 2019 NASCAR season!

Danny was born in Sevierville, Tennessee, on January 22, 1958, to Garlen Ray Shrader of Sevierville, and Jeanetta (Ariks) Shrader of Kingston, Tennessee. Danny is survived by his wife Peggy (Dennison) Shrader, brothers: Junior Ray, Bobby Jay, Lyndell Eugene, and Richard Garlen; and sister Diana (Shrader) Armstrong, all of Sevier County, sister: Lisa (Shrader) Baxter of Cosby, special grandson Dakota Shorter, nieces: Melinda, Amy, Meghan, Amanda, and Aubrey; and nephews: Randall, Scott, Brandon, Jonathan, Rodney, Danny, and Tyler. Danny is preceded in death by his loving parents Garlen and Jeanetta, half-brother Willie Garlen Shrader, and nephew Charles Shrader.

Danny will be sorely missed. As a brother, a part of the family unit has been taken but we know that it will be put together again in heaven. We love you dearly.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, at Burchfield Memorial United Methodist Church at 3:00 p.m.. Pastor Bill Cheetham will officiate.
