Danny Lee Gemmaka, 55, passed away November 1, 2018. He was born February 18, 1963 to James William Gemmaka and Ruth Ann Tingley Taylor in Terre Haute, Indiana. Danny loved his family, especially his great nieces and nephews.

He helped coach Terre Town little league baseball, and was very involved in helping children. Danny loved to eat; desserts, pie, and all the good stuff. He never knew a stranger, and would stop to talk to anyone wherever he went.

He is preceded in death by his father, James Gemmaka, and stepfather, Carl Taylor. Danny also was a big fan of the Colts. He is survived by his brother Jeffrey Gemmaka, sisters; Kathi Gemmaka, and Julie Tarrh and her husband Bob, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins, along with special great nieces; Addi, Ellie, and Lyla.

Services for Danny will be Monday, November 5, 2018 at 6 pm in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804. Visitation will be on Monday from 4 pm until service time at the funeral home. Pastor Jim Gibson will officiate.
