Carol Lee Smith, 59, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away December 22, 2018. She was born February 13, 1959, in Terre Haute, Indiana to Lawrence Brown and Nora (Sargant) Brown. Carol enjoyed camping.

She was known to be feisty. Carol greatest joy were her grandchildren. She enjoyed taking care of them and spending as much time as possible with them.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Terry Smith; children Nikki Smith, Christopher Brown, Jacquetta Bailey (Kevin), and April Tryon; grandchildren David, Cassie, James, Bree, Ashley, Stephin, Michael, Jason, Aleigh, and Harmony “The Favorite”; 4 great grandchildren; siblings Kenny Brown, David Scott, and Bonnie Letner; and several nieces and nephews. Cremation has been chosen.

A celebration of Life will be scheduled this Spring. Care and arrangements have been entrusted to Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804. Online condolences may be made at www.
