Kenneth R. Valentine, 66 of Terre Haute, loving husband, father, and grandfather died suddenly on December 18, 2018 in Regional Hospital emergency room. He was born on August 1, 1952 to William and Leatha Wallace Valentine. He retired from the maintenance department at Terre Haute Regional Hospital and had also been in management for General Housewares prior to that.

He was a US Navy veteran having served during the Vietnam era. Kenny was a great man for all times and will be greatly missed. His survivors include his wife, Kathy (Elwell) Valentine to whom he was married to on January 1, 1975, sons Ken (Susie) Valentine and Greg (Holly) Valentine; his twin brother Denny Valentine, and other brothers Donald and Bill Valentine.

Another brother, Carl Valentine preceded him in death. He has two sisters Janet Valentine and Cathy Valentine, his grandchildren Devin Valentine and Logan Valentine, and step-grandchildren Savannah Rambis, Lillian Rambis, Laura Pollard, and Chelsey Haase; his mother-in-law Carole Elwell, and his dog and best friend Cooper. Funeral services will be at 5 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2018 in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with family and friends speaking.

Calling will be from 2 p.m. until service time. Cremation will follow services. In lieu of flowers the family asks everyone to Pay it Forward or offer a Random Act of Kindness.
