Darlene R. Puckett, 72, of La Porte, passed away peacefully at 9:30 p.m., Monday, October 1, 2018 at Golden Living Center Fountainview Terrace, La Porte. She was born August 15, 1946, in La Porte, Indiana, to Ralph and Margie (Okrzesik) Cannan. Darlene retired from American Rubber, La Porte, after many years of service.

Preceding in death were her parents; and two brothers, Donald and Leonard Cannan. A visitation and viewing will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Lakeview Funeral Home & Crematory, 247 W. Johnson Rd.
