DARRON LEIGH TRUITT, age 49, of Washington CH, passed away on Friday, January 4, 2019 at 5:38 p.m. at his home. He was born on November 17, 1969 in Fayette County to John Karl and Gale Ann Cline Truitt. He was a graduate of Washington High School.

Darron had worked at the Sugar Creek Packing Company for several years. He had grown up at the old First Christian Church in Washington CH. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and cooking out with his friends.

Darron was preceded in death by his father; paternal grandparents, Karl and Bina Truitt; maternal grandparents, Ray and Gladys Cline; and uncles, John (Mary) Cline, Jim (Sally) Cline, and David Groves. Survivors include his loving and devoted mother, Gale (Joe Groves) Truitt; children, Tamara Truitt, and Heidi Truitt; three grandchildren; and aunts, Darlene (Roger) Pack, and Dorothy Groves. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Rev.

Joe Duvall officiating with burial to follow at the Washington Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
