Born in Winchester, MA October 11, 1939 son of the late John Fredrick and Sarah (Davis) Balser he grew up in Chesterville, ME and has lived in Tuftonboro for the last 21 years moving there from Rochester, NH.

David worked as a manager for Textron formerly named Davidson Rubber Company in Dover, NH. He volunteered at Eastern Slopes Ski Club Junior Program at Mt. Cranmore, loved Golf, Skiing and Fishing and was a member at Ridgewood Country Club.

Pre-Deceased by his mother, father and a brother Gordon he is survived by his wife Brenda Elaine (Phillips) Balser of Tuftonboro, 3 daughters Victoria Bilodeau of Washington State, Kim Perkinson of Tuftonboro, Jodi Yauch of Texas, 4 brothers Fred Balser of Derry, Dean Balser of Long Island, NY, John Balser of Milo, ME, a sister Marcia Toki of Derry, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. At David’s request there will be no services. The Baker-Gagne Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Wolfeboro is assisting the family with the arrangements.
