David Allen Grover May 27, 1963 – March 08, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Sympathy Card David Allen Grover, of Sears, passed away suddenly and unexpected at his home in Evart Township, Friday, March 8, 2019. He was 55. Mr. Grover was born May 27, 1963 in Dearborn, Michigan to Earl Edwin and Carol Jean (Brayman) Baker.

David was then raised by Carol and Terry Grover. He attended Pine River High School and was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army. David had been a Sears area resident since 1992.

He married Nancy Ann Stevenson June 10, 1995 in Sears. Mr. Grover worked as an over-the-road truck driver for over twenty years and recently started working for Ventra in Evart. David was an avid outdoorsman and was passionate about fishing, and enjoyed passing that knowledge on to anyone.

He was a kid that never grew up and possessed a keen sense of humor. His true love and enjoyment was his family. Mr. Grover is survived by his wife, Nancy A. Grover of Sears, seven children, Carla Webster of Evart, Amy (Kyle) Nunn of Evart, Christopher (Becky) Webster of Evart, Mary Webster of Evart, Sarah (Joe Scott) Webster of Evart, Abel Eisenhauer of Marion and Isiah Eisenhauer of Sears, 23 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, two sisters, Deborah (Linda) Pollard-Baker of Hersey, and April (Arnold) Nowland of Cadillac, and two brothers, Terry (Andrea) Grover II of West Bloomfield Twp.

, MI, and Aaron (Amanda) Grover of Manton. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Wesley A. Butler, and two infant grandsons. A Celebration of Life is in its planning stage and will be announced later.

Memorial contributions may be directed to David’s family to help offset final expenses.
