David’s Obituary David Wayne Johnson, 75, passed away February 10, 2019. He was born in Benedict, VA the son of the late Polly Viola Lovell Johnson and Paul Lloyd Johnson. David was predeceased by his wife, June B. Johnson; brother, Kelly Johnson; and sisters Susan Engle and Thelma D’Agostino.

He is a US Army veteran and a retired welder and fabricator. David is survived by his daughter, Angelia J. Sprouse (Mike); grandchildren, Matthew W. Sprouse, Jessica P. Sprouse, Jacob M. Sprouse; great grandchild, Aiden M. Sprouse; special niece and caregiver, Brandi Spivey and numerous other nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Albert G. Horton, Jr., Memorial Veterans Cemetery with Chaplain Don McMillan officiating.
