Debbie’s Obituary Debra Ann “Debbie” Ring, 53, of Union City passed away Tuesday morning, February 26, 2019, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Jason Pate will officiate.

Burial will follow in Old Republican Cemetery near Union City. Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of services Thursday. Pallbearers will be Josh McGowan, Brandie McGowan, Luke Griggs, Jay Griggs, Marcus Hicks and Lee McCord.

Debbie was born August 30, 1965, in Fulton, Kentucky, daughter of Priscilla (McGowan) Adkins of Union City and the late Ward Adkins. She married James Robert “Rob” Ring September 18, 1987. He preceded her in death February 18, 2018.

Debbie was employed as a Avon sales representative and a clerk at Roll Your Own Tobacco Shop in Union City. She was a guest member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4862 in Union City and was of the Baptist faith. She is also survived by one daughter, April (Sandy) Ring of Union City; one son, Jimmy (Amber) Ring of Union City; two sisters, Wanda Jane Griggs (Luther) of Kenton and Rita McCord of Union City; and one half brother, Ricky Adkins of Mt.

Vernon, Illinois. She was also preceded in death by one half brother, Randall Adkins.
