Deborah L. Jenkins (Williams), 64 of Tipp City passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at home surrounded by her family. She was born March 27th, 1954, the daughter of Orville Williams & Sylvia (Blair), daughter-in-law to Virginia Jenkins (Lyle), and sister to Fran Freeman, Kathy Russell (Larry), and Jim (Shelly) Williams. She was a loving wife to Roger K. Jenkins for almost 46 years and an exceptional mother to Joshua K. Jenkins (Kara) and Jamie L. Parks (Donnie).

She was also a grandmother to Avery, Colby, Zachary (Jenkins), Delaney and McKinley (Parks). She was a loving aunt, great-aunt, second mom, and friend to many. Deb loved reading, boating, sports (Who Dey!

), golf, and spending time with family & friends. She was selfless, kind, welcoming, and had a smile that could light up any room. Visitation will be held October 22, 2018, 11:00am – 2:00pm, at the Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar, & Fraley Funeral Home.
