Deborah Williams Johnson, 59, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky went to her Heavenly home on Monday, February 25, 2019 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born August 1, 1959 in Todd County, Kentucky to Jim Williams and the late Carolyn Williams. Mrs. Johnson received her Bachelors of Nursing from the University of Kentucky.

She worked for Signature Health Care and Ohio County Hospital. Aside from her mother, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Annette Lazzara and Dianna Michele Williams. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband, Perry Johnson of Beaver Dam; two daughters, Sammantha (Matthew) Davis of Beaver Dam and Teresa (Chris) Wimsatt of Greenville; three stepsons, Robert (Heidi) Johnson, Jon (Chenille) Johnson, and Jason Johnson; four grandchildren, Olivia, Emmalin, Caroline, and Mackenzie Davis; four step grandchildren, Nathan, Ryan, Justus, and Tyler Johnson; her father, Jim Williams of Clifty, Kentucky and her sister, Kim Parker of Trenton, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam, Kentucky. Friends may visit with Mrs. Johnson’s family from 5 – 8 PM Tuesday and 1:30 PM until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
