Obituary of Delia Buligan Delia Manalo Buligan Age 74, of Channahon, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 20, 2018. She was born February 21, 1944, in La Carlota City, Philippines, to the late Rosita and Horacio Manalo. Delia was a retired educator who taught for many years at La Granja Elementary School.

She will be fondly remembered as a very kind and giving woman who always thought of others and gave unconditionally. Beloved mother of Rodel (Cherry) Buligan of Makati City, Philippines, Rose Manalo Buligan of Naperville, IL, Romulo (Doreen) Buligan of Channahon, IL, and Romelia (Richard) Collofello of Channahon, IL; loving and devoted grandmother of Kate and Kayla, Matthew, Michael and Clark; Shane Del and Shene Marie; Zamantha and Brail. She will also be missed by her adopted kids, Susan, Cheche, Vicky, Junie and Rica, one surviving brother, Haberito (Nenita) Manalo and numerous nieces and nephews.
